GMP is run by people who live close to the buildings: arrivals, cleaning, guest messages, maintenance and the small decisions that make an old house feel cared for.
What we do
Restored buildings, run as places to actually stay
We take on buildings most people would walk away from and bring them back with the materials they were made from — then we run them ourselves. From a one-bedroom inside the Valletta walls to a palazzo hotel on the Grand Harbour, every address gets the same standard.

The hotel
Casa Bonnici is a 1687 palazzo on the Birgu waterfront, run as an eleven-room hotel with daily housekeeping, breakfast and a team on site.
Apartments
One, two and three-bedroom homes inside listed townhouses in Valletta, Sliema and Mdina, fully equipped for short and longer stays.
Restoration
Limestone cut to match the original coursing, lime mortar so nothing traps damp, timber balconies repaired by joiners who still know how.
Cleaning & linen
Our own housekeeping team, hotel-grade linen and a checklist for every turnover — no outsourced cleaners.
